tonkatsu sauce? worcester sauce? mixing soy in something? i've been trying to get that special flavour, I even tried yakisoba sauce but i didn't get the same taste. anyway, i havent eaten a decent yakisoba in 10 years. any idea where i can get them in japan? thx
