7 day JR pass model itinerary from Tokyo

Hi,
Could anyone suggest a model itinerary as I have 7 days JR pass and I shall be based in Tokyo. I plan to visit Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima for max 4 days. Is there any other place that I can cover on JR pass apart from Hakone (till Odawara).
