Internet Cafe Near Takasaka Station

I am actually looking for an internet cafe near the tobu tojo stations from takasaka up to Kasumigaseki. Does anyone know if there is one near any of those stations in and the one in between. Any help would be great. I already know there is one in Kawagoe so please I am looking for one a little closer.

THis one's the Higashi-matsuyama branch of the same chain as the earlier one, "Jiyuukuukan."

Another one in Higashi-matsuyama city, but this one is somewhat far from Higashi-matsuyama station, it looks more like a place where you would drive to.

The name of the chain is Kaikatsu CLUB, the branch name #407, Higashi-matsuyama shop (it is actually close to the Route 407).
