Could anyone please advise if a visit to Toyota Motor Plant in Nagoya is possible without joining a tour? and how?

You can visit the Toyota Kaikan (toyota exhibition hall) which is located at the Toyota headquarters in Toyota city next to the Toyota Honsha Plant. It is open Monday to Saturday and there are many displays regarding technology, plant opperations and production. There are about 12 of the latest cars on display and you can freely sit in them and walk about. Very informative.
