Hi I am trying to book a pension called "Pension Bellary" in Niseko, but the email could not send through. Therefore, I was trying to a call to them, but couldn't get through as well.
May I know how to call Niseko from overseas?
The number of the pension is 0136-58-XXXX .
Do I dial XXX 81 0136-58-XXXX ?
