Possible to walk from Shinjuku - Shibuya 2007/10/14 20:40
Hi,

Is it possible to walk from Shinjuku to Shibuya or rather the weather is alright to do some walking? How long will it take?

As there are a few places of interest along Shinjuku, like Yoyogi Stadium and NHK Broadcasting centre.

Thank you for your help.

It is about 4 kilometers or an hour walk. Can be very pleasant. For example, you can walk via Meiji Shrine or Yoyogi Park.

Shinjuku-Harajuku-Shibuya 2007/10/15 09:38
I would recommend walking from Shinjuku to Harajaku on the side of the Yoyogi Park. After which, switch lanes and cross over to Takeshita-dori at Harajuku (where the famous street is) and then walk down to Otemansando and down to Shibuya. There are things/shops to see along the way from Harajuku to Shibuya if you take this route.
