Hello everyone =D
Acually I have a problem with a sentence and I need an urgent help
it says : " sono shitsuge wo ninoite mo ii desu ka ?" does it mean : " can I answer that question ?"
then if I wish to change the case and say: "can yuki-san answer that question ? "
or
" can he answer that question ?"
I want to ensure that to answer some pupils T-T

Your sentence does not make sense... "sono shitsuge wo ninoite mo ii desu ka ?" Actually, "shitsuge" and "ninoite" don't sound like Japanese words at all.
If you want a sentence that MEANS "May I answer that question?" (in the sense of asking permission) then it should be "Sono shitsumon ni kotaete mo ii desu ka?"
"Can yuki-san answer that question ? "
Do you mean "Can...?" in the sense of (1) asking for permission, or (2) asking if she is able to (in terms of knowledge/capability)?

Asking about ability: "Can yuki-san answer that question ?" - Yuki-san, sono shitsumon ni kotaeraremasu ka? (Yuki-san, can you answer that question?) - Yuki-san wa sono shitsumon ni kotaeraremasu ka? (Can Yuki-san answer that question?)
Asking for permission: "May Yuki-san answer that question? - Yuki-san ga sono shitsumon ni kotaete mo ii desu ka?
...though I cannot really imagine with a situation where you might ask that, maybe in a situation where someone else is asked a question, and you are asking if Yuki-san INSTEAD may answer the question. -Yuki-san ga kawari ni sono shitsumon ni kotaete mo ii desu ka? (May Yuki-san answer that question instead (of someone)?)
In any case, "....(te-form of a verb) mo ii desu ka?" is a way to ask permission.
