It's a very popular catch-phrase right now on T.V, popularized by Ikko (?), a drag queen.

Other catch-phrases that are popular right now are "Mai-u," "Yummy" from the Debu-ya Show and "Sonna na no Kankei ne!" from Kojima.

Here are some videos I could find on Youtube.

Only one from Debu-ya: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRvh1qP3eKI

Don-dake: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RY3NX2h0Fb4

I couldn't find one for Sonna na no Kankei ne!, It has been removed.

"dondakee", originated from Ikko and now a fad among teenage girls, usually is equivellent to "sugoi" which means "awesome".

Was a popularTV catchphrase around Xmas 2007.
Basically it means "really? you're so good? (sarcasm and doubt).

as in "watashi no kuruma wa nippon ichiban sugoi desu yo" to which the smart mouth replies "don dake?"
