Would a manga artist from Brasil be a big deal or no problem to the japanese because i haven't seen a south american artist yet!and my skin and hair colour is like Marta's(brasiliian soccer player)

Race or skin/hair colour is of no relevance. What is important is whether you can write/draw manga that appeal to Japanese readers.
