I'm planning on taking a friend out for a romantic dinner. Can someone recommend me a nice place to eat? I'd like something with a stellar view preferably around Sannomiya/Kobe. I was thinking a cruise around Harborland or maybe a hotel (Oriental, Otani, etc).
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

From the intersection in front of the south exit(kitaguchi) of JR Sannomiya station go 2 blocks south and 1 block east to Sogo Wing.(look for Sogo department store).open on suday too. Genuine Kobe beef steak special course dinner 16800yen

. . . at the port plaza or mall (whatever you call it) at Kobe port. There are restaurants that have a view of the port, Kobe Tower, etc.
