Cept the Bandi museum in Chiba is closed. You'll have to head up to Tochigi Prefecture now.

The museum is 10 min walk from Omochano-machi station of the Tobu-Utsunomiya line. You can take a train from Asakusa but you may have to change the train at Tochigi station. Or if you don't mind taking a taxi ride for 15 mins from Ishibashi station of the JR Utsunomiya line, it is easier for you to find the place. The entrance fee is 400yen, and it is open to the public only on Saturdays, Sundays and National holidays from 10am to 4:30 pm.
