Itinery to Hokkaido->Tokyo

Hi,

I would like to find out when will be the best time to go to Hokkaido then to Tokyo in October? (checking for next year plan)

Is there anything worth visiting in Hokkaido during this period? Btw, will i still be able to see colourful flowers in Furano?

Besides, i wanna see Maple leaves in Tokyo after my hokkaido trip and just wondering whether its the right time.

There are lots and lots of things to do in Hokkaido at any time of year. What types of things do you like to do?

I'm pretty sure there won't be many flowers in Furano in October. It depends on whether or not they've had frost. You might have a chance to see flowers in early October, but I doubt it.
