Hello, i'll like to know what are the available means of transport within Furano and Biei during winter season, i do not have a driver's license so a rental car is out of the question.

I've been trying a long time to find a means of public transport to explore Biei during winter but there seems to have no option other than to hire a taxi. You can hire taxis for about 5500yen (can't remember exactly but it's around this figure) for an hour to see various spots.
If anyone has any idea of town buses in operation, please advise.
