Get a job in a Sushi restaurant in Japan as a dishwasher.. after a couple of years they might teach you how to cook rice then after a couple of more years ..how to filet fish then..
during that time you must learn as much as possible about Japanese culture and language.
I know Sushi chefs from Japan who now work in North America. They trained for 10 years in Japan before beeing allowed to make Sushi first for the staff then eventually for customers..
