i want to know about registration

how will i know if my japanese husband registered me and our child to japan city hall after we got married here in philippines?

You must go to an official in charge of family registration in your area. I'm assuming that you are in Japan btw. In your husband "Koseki" list,you will find your and child's name.

Or if you are living in Philippines,then you or your husband must ask directly to city hall to send one to you.
So,just go to city hall website then ask for informations. They will send them to you with required fee.

Another thing you should do is to call embassy of Japan in Philippines.
