Hey, I love nasu gyoza, but I can't find a recipe for it anywhere. Does anyone know how to cook it / have a link to a recipe for it? Thank you!

Nasu Gyoza
INGREDIENTS hakata nasu 4 -6pc cabage 300g buta hiki(ground pork) meet 250g nira(leek)2-3 bunch naganigi(green stick onion) 1/4 long salt 1/2 small table spoon oil 1 large table spoon katakuri(potato starch) powder little bit
SAUCE soy 2large table spoon venigar 1large table spoon shichimi hotpepper little bit
GYOZA FILLING soy,sake,sesami seed oil 1large table spoon each oyster sauce 1small table spoon jinger ekis(extract) little bit salt & pepper
1、slice Nasu in 5mm width diagnoly then put them in to salt water. chop cabege very small and salt them.
2、put meet,nira,stick onion,soy sauce,sesami seed oil,oyster sauce,jinger ekis,salt and pepper into a bawl and mix well.
3、put 2 into Nasu and wrap around. heat frying pan with oil and put 3 into the pan.
4,after both side get burn color,rid on it to steam them. if they get juicey it is ready to searve.

2.please don't forget squeeze water out of cabage and put them also into meet.
