Good morning,
I'm an italian student. I'm getting a degree in Viticolture and Enology. I'm working for the thesis now and i need help.
I would like to know where i can find Japanese laws about :Ethanol (alcohol), Acidity, wine grapes, corrections allowed, wine making processes allowed and forbidden.
Is there a web site where i can download the whole documentation?
