Hirayu Onsen to Matsumoto

Hi Uji,

I am checking on the bus-time table for Takayama to Matsumoto below:

I want to get on the bus at Hirayu Onsen. But I noticed a note at the bottom of the time-table that says blue=alighting only.
So am I allowed to get on the bus at Hirayu Onsen.

Obviously, they mixed up "boarding only" with "alighting only", because it does not make sense for a bus to allow boarding only at its terminal station!
