With somewhat easier-to-understand romanized writing:

Konnichiwa! (Hello!)
Watashi wa nihon ni sunde iru 17-sai no onna desu! (I am a 17-year old girl living in Japan.)
Nihongo perapera no bun wo mite sugoi naa to omotte mail sasete itadakimashita! (Seeing your fluent Japanese sentences, I was quite impressed and I am therefore writing to you!)
Watashi wa oshaberi ga daisuki desu! (I love chatting!)
Anata to nakayoku naritai desu!! (I want to be friends with you.)
Mail matteiru yo! (I will definitely be waiting for your mail!)

Domo Arigatou Gozaimasu! I'm very grateful that you have done this for me. It's funny though because I'm not as fluent as they belive me to be. ^_^"

If you would can you please tell me how to say I'm not very fluent and that I only know the basics? That would be much appreciated. ^_^
