Would anyone know approximately how long it would take by taxi to go from Namba station in Osaka to Itami Airport at 6am and how much it would cost.

if you have a lot of baggage and are more than 1 person. I think it might even take less time than that.
There is a direct bus from Namba (outside Ichiei Hotel) but I am not sure if it operates at that hour.
