Hi,
Has anyone ever been to the Takamatsu Winter Festival?
Does anyone know any details about this year's winter festival?
I thought it was going to be held 17th of December, but I think it might now only be held 21st-25th of December...
Could anyone verify this for me?
I'm hoping to see the light illuminations on the 17th, so even if the main festival isn't held on this day, does anyone know if there will there still be illuminations up?
