Public transport to Ise Shrines

Public transport to Ise Shrines

We have a Sunday afternoon to look around this area. Are buses frequent from the train station? Is the CAN-BUS regular? How often do they leave TOBA to go to the shrine area? Or are they more regular on Sundays from Ise-shi station?
Again thanks for any advice, or comments about this Ise area.

From which station to where?

Is the CAN-BUS regular?

On weekends it runs every 30 minutes, serving Uji-Yamada, Iseshi and Toba Stations:

The CAN bus or other regular buses. There are departures about every 15 minutes.
