Konichiwa, could you please tell me which of these two phrases: 僕は日本人の女子が大好き！and 日本人の女性が大好き is better translation for "I love Japanese girls?"

your second paraphrase is better.
'nihonjin no joseiga daisuki.'
'日本人の女性が大好き。'
