I used kyoto as a base and tour to Osaka for 3days using the JR West Rail Pass.
Is the 4days pass worth it including the last day of the trip for Haruka Express to Kansai Airport?
In Osaka, my intenary is to going this places:
Universal Studio, Osaka Castle, Minami Area, Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street

A round trip between Osaka and Kyoto by JR trains costs about 1100 yen. Plus you might be able to use the JR Osaka Loop Line a few times. So, the three side trips to Osaka will add up to about 3500 yen. On the final day, you save an additional 3000 yen for the Haruka trip to the airport. So yes, the 4-day pass will pay off.
