What is the most quickest and inexpensive way to get from Narita Airport to Asakusa? Should I take a bus or a train and which lines do I take? The hotel that I am staying at is not far from Inaricho Station. Thanks.

Inaricho is closer to Ueno than Asakusa! The cheapest way is to take the Keisei Limited Express from the airport to Ueno Station (1000 yen) and then walk to the hotel (about 15 minutes). The above can also be the fastest way, unless you are in good timing with a departure of a Keisei Skyliner, which is a few minutes faster than and about twice as expensive as the Keisei Limited Express: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2027.html
