Roughly how long would it take to walk from Zopjoji Temple to Roppongi Hills, and from Roppongi Hills to Tokyo Midtown?

Would Oedo Line from Akabanebashi Station be a good way from Zojoji to Roppongi Hills?

Yes, but taking the Hibiya Line from Kamiyacho Station is slightly more comfortable (Roppongi Station on the Hibiya Line is closer to Roppongi Hills than the station of the Oedo Line; but the Oedo Line is closer to Tokyo Midtown).

No. But there are Japanese announcements and network maps inside the trains and signs on the platform. It is just one station by Hibiya Line. Two stations by Oedo Line.
