anniversary in Tokio

Ifm taking my partner away for a short break to Tokio for our anniversary and I want to make it really special, you know, like having everything sorted out before we go as we both hate wasting our time trying to find the right restaurant etc. Obviously itfs hard to find the time to sort stuff out myself as I work a long hours but I need to find something exciting to do and quick. Any suggestions? I'd really appreciate.

This is a very unspecific question! How about your interests? Preferences? Budget?
If you have a big budget, I recommend to stay at one or several of Tokyo's five star hotels, such as the Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental and Park Hyatt.
