Which train going from Sapporo to Asahikawa has got green seats? What is the different between the Super Kamui and the Sarobetsu?

Which train going from Sapporo to Asahikawa has got green seats?
"Ohotsuku" and "Super Soya" limited express trains. To my surprise, the Super Kamui and Sarobetsu limited express trains do not seem to have green cars.
What is the different between the Super Kamui and the Sarobetsu?
Super Kamui operates between Sapporo and Asahikawa. Sarobetsu operates between Sapporo and Wakkanai. The train set used is probably different, too.
