What does ‘are dake de’ mean?

It is written like this:

アレだけで

アレだけで

Literally it says "With only THAT," "that" is something that's been referred to already in the conversation. At times "are" in katakana can be referring to something sexual. Any context?

The context it was in, the person was talking about having the 'permission' to enter into a place, saying something along the lines of - ''you gave me permission once before''. So could he be meaning thats all he needed to enter? I'm pretty sure it is not implying anything sexual.

Was that the whole sentence? If the sentence went on something like:

アレだけで、どこでもいけるよ With just THAT, you can go anywhere/everywhere.
アレだけで、だいじょうぶです With just THAT, it's fine.

...then it means that it's OK to enter with just "that permission" given before.

If it was a question like:
アレだけで、いい？
Then it means "Is that permission alone OK?"

Sorry for thinking along a strange line, I thought you could have picked it off a blog or something, seeing that it was just a phrase :)

Oh, then it's a bit different from what I imagined when you said "permission to enter"; this "shinnyu" is more like intrude or invade, so this "shinnyu wo yurusu" means to lose (under pressure or force) and to let the other one invade. (Following is my translation, with one correction on the original Japanese)

おまえ　一度俺に侵入を 許しただろう
You once gave in to my intrusion, right?

アレだけで 終わると本当に 思ってたのか?
Did you really think that that was all (you were going to get from me)?
Did you really think it will end with that?

...Highlighting "are" in katakana implies that probably "that occasion" the last time the other party invaded was pretty horrible already.

A note on the phrase you stumbled on:
"... de owaru" means "(something) ends with...."
