We want to visit Harajuku and see Kids in cosplay. I presume they will be in school weekdays. What is the best day and time to visit Harajuku to be able to see them?

Yeah, Sunday, roughly around 2pm they start showing up and hang around til it gets darks-lately around 4:30pm. Although the last 2 weeks I was there, not really that many cosplay/goth kids, just a lot of street bands and people peddling junk.
