Geeting from Chitose airport to Susukno

We are arriving Chitose airport, sapporo on 9/2/08 at 6pm. Its our first visit. We need to to to our hotel, APA HOTEL, at Susukino. How do we get there? Can we take a train or taxi? Please help

I recommend to take the airport train to Sapporo Station and then take the Toho Subway Line.
