I will be in Tokyo for business from 16-19 Jan 2008. My mum has never experienced snow before. Which city nearest to Tokyo is likely to have snow around that time? Thanks!

Yuzawa, Nikko or Kusatsu are some destinations with a high probability of snow. But it could be snowing even in Tokyo.
