"or" in the sense of "either... or ..." is "ka."
- O-hiru ni nani ga tabetai desu ka? (What would you like to eat for lunch?) - Sushi ka tempura ga tabetai desu. (I want to eat either sushi or tempura.)
"I problably cannot go to Japan." ...would be: - Watashi wa Nihon ni iku koto ga dekinai deshou. or - Watashi wa Nihon ni ikenai deshou.
