Whenever I order donburi in Japan, I usually order oya-ko donburi but I find that they always put too much sauce or broth. I prefer the rice to be dry. Sometimes I want more rice. How do you say in Japanese:
1. Do not put any sauce/broth please.
2. Very little sauce/broth please.
3. May I have a side order or rice please.
Thank you for your help.

Cliff,
You might want to wait until a native speaker has given their opinion, but I would say...
1. Do not put any sauce/broth please.
Tare nashi de.
2. Very little sauce/broth please.
Tare wo sukuname de.
3. May I have a side order or rice please.
Not quite the same, but... "Gohan wo omori de" (large helping of rice) or "Gohan no okawari kudasai" (another helping of rice, please)
