how do i get to tsukuba circuit from narita? taxi seems crazy price? do i take a bus first? or a train? please advise, plane leaves in few hrs, really would like some help

The circuit can be reached in about a 40 minute taxi ride from JR Utsunomiya Station or about a 15 minute taxi ride from Sodo Station along the Kanto Tetsudo Joso Line. Enter "Narita Airport" and the destination station to look up train routes: http://www.jorudan.co.jp/english/norikae/Alternatively, there are direct buses from the airport to Utsunomiya, taking about 3 hours one way (4070 yen).
