Birthday party in Tokyo?

Hello everybody. I've been trying (without success) to find an inxpensive restaurant/bar/izakaya in Shinjuku/shibuja/ or near stations. I have a party of 25-30 people and would like to party for more than usually offered 2 hours. I prefer Japanese food, price limit 5000/person, no course meals.From 7-11pm, middle if Dec.

There are two places in Shibuya I can recommend to you.
One is Izakaya, called 'Teshigoto-ryori Jikidenke Rokumeikan' located next to the Markcity and the other one is a large restaurant called 'Jeekahn's 5th'.They both serve Japanese dishes around 4000 to 5000yen.
