Hi,
I am wondering if there is any hello kitty love hotel in Tokyo (I'm staying in Shinjuku area). If not, is there any other interesting theme love hotels that is recommended?

The "Hello Kitty" SM room at one hotel has been mentioned here before a number of times, but I think it is in Osaka. Check through the forum archives for details.
Otherwise, it all depends on what you find interesting. There are SM-oriented hotels in Tokyo, if that's your thing. If you want something more classy and less sleazy, the (Bali-themed) Balian chain (Shinjuku and Kinshicho amongst others) is recommended.
