Hi,
I have someone that needs to travel to Chiba. I can fly him into Tokyo, but he needs to be in Chiba. I would just like to find out how long does it take to travel between Tokyo (Narita Airport) and Chiba. How much does it cost and which is the best rail line to use. Thanks for the help :)

Narita airport is actually in Chiba and takes about 45mins to get from the airport to Tokyo. Where in Chiba are you going?

As mentioned above Narita Airport (the international airport serving Tokyo) is in Chiba Prefecture.
I assume your friend needs to go to Chiba City?
From Narita Airport, either take an Airport Limousine bus, or take the JR Rapid Service train to Chiba (only the JR Rapid Service and not the Narita Express).
