I think Keyakizaka-dori street at the Roppongi hills is one of the most beautiful and fashionable Christmas street in tokyo. You can see the Tokyo tower through the street too.

They stopped illuminating the street a few years ago as the fairylights and electric wires damaged trees too much.

the whole of ginza has nice christmas lighting. roppongi midtown has a display, as does shinjuku south exit
