For a job I could go to Hamamatsu soon. I am married and have 2 children (3 month and 2 years). Do you know of any other English/German/Czech communities in H.? International children groups/women clubs? Anything that could make life for my wife+children interesting there?

Hamamatsu has one of the biggest populations of Brazilians in Japan, so you will find many other foreigners there. They may or may not speak English however.
