Horonobe Reindeer Farm

I've read about the Horonobe Reindeer Farm in Northern Hokkaido from numerous photo-blogs. Unfortunately I can't find any online information in English on how to get there through Public Transportation from Sapparo,and the kind of nearby accomodation (hotel,ryokan etc). I intend to visit during the Winter Festival in Feb 2008. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Take JR limited express to "HORONOBE" and take a cab (5 min) to the farm.
Suppose you take 8:30 train, you can reach Horonobe at 12:34. (Please double-check the train schedule)
