I think that would be Nakano.
As long as the rent isn't too high (even in the same suburb rents vary a lot depending on the age of the building and distance from the station, plus size of course).
200,000 should be enough to live on as long as there are no emergencies, but if 200,000 is the entire salary then it is pretty low for Tokyo.
