Hi, I've been saving for quite a bit to go to Japan, and I was wondering how much should I be looking to take for accommodations, travel fares, food, etc.. That's not including the air fare from NJ of course. Can anyone recommend a decent place to stay in Tokyo? Is a tourist guide worth it? When is the best time to go? I'd rather go on the fall, but you guys know best. I'm planning to go for 9 days, so please tell me as to how much you guys think I should take.
