am arriving jan 18 at 20:10 hrs, terminal 2, what rail should I take to go to narita station and to go to abiko station.

Take a JR train (except Narita Express) from Narita Airport to Narita Station (just one station, less than 10 minutes) and then take the JR Narita Line to Abiko (45 minutes). In case that there is no JR train departure within the next 30 minutes, you may be able to save some time by taking a Keisei Limited Express from the airport to Keisei Narita Station, walk to nearby JR Narita Station and take the JR Narita Line to Abiko.
