I bought at auction a box of "STUFF" and in it I found a showa,1970 100 yen, in a protective frame, the picture is the Osaka building. I am now curious if it has any value other than what I paid for box

Nancy,
This is probably a commemorative coin marking the 1970 Osaka Expo. If so, a quick look at Yahoo Auctions, shows a number for sale, and that you would be lucky to get more than 500 yen for it.
