Hello,
I am surprised to not find any new year's eve related discussions. I have a few questions:
1. From past experiences, what are decent fun places for new year countdown/fireworks etc.
1A. Anything spectacular this year?
2. Do trains run all night of 31st ?
3. Japan as such is pretty safe. I believe I can asssume the same abt 31st night?
