Taking alcohol to japan.

I plan on going to Japan, but I'm wondering, are we allowed to take alcohol there? Because I will only be 19 when I get there.

As a 19 year old you are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages or tobacco products into Japan. Neither consume them there. The minimum legal age for these activities in Japan is 20 years.

So even though I'm old enough to purchase it in Canada I can't bring it to Japan? Too bad.

Of course! You won't be granted extraterritoriality in Japan or any other country of the world these days.
