hello! i am from the philippines. the number reflected on my cellphone when he calls me up is +8180XYZABCD. what should be the exact number to dial? i tried many times but i wasn't able to contact this number. thanks

I tried a search- start with 00

I checked on a site called www.countrycodes.com for you- to call Japan from the Philippines you have to dial the international prefix 00, then the Japanese country code 81, then the number 80XYZABC, so 0081XYZABC.
If you want to check, go to the site I mentioned above and select "Phillipines" for "calling from" and "Japan" for calling to.
