- "ho-rudo" can be used in some circumstances (as in sports) but not generally for "holding (my hand)."

- "My hand" should be "watashi no te."

- And the grammar... since "my hand" is the object of the act of holding, you need a particle "wo" after "watashi no te." And the verb comes after the object. So it will be, as TOSHI suggested, "Watashi no te wo nigitte." ("nigiru" is to hold) I believe I suggested in another thread "Watashi no te wo totte," in this case "toru" means "to take or hold (someone's hand)."
