There's an online shopping site for overseas Japanese. But shipping cost is not negligible. For example, when you send 10 baby formula (980g/each/2630yen) to the USA, shipping cost will be about 10,000 yen for sea mail and 20,000 yen for air mail. http://www.japantown.jp/(Japanese only)
